- Costing it properly: against the hours the work takes today, not against zero.
- What the AI Act asks now: AI literacy since February 2025, transparency since August 2026, and what can wait.
- Exercise 1: each manager picks one process from their own department and maps it step by step.
- Exercise 2: marking which steps a tool could do, which a person must check, and which should stay human.
- Exercise 3: build, buy or leave it; the same case tried hands-on with Claude or ChatGPT.
- Round-up: a one-page brief per process, which the team reviews together.
On Monday, managers can:
- tell a useful AI use case from a demo;
- ask a vendor the questions that expose a weak offer;
- give their team a clear rule on what data may go into which tool;
- bring one costed brief to the next leadership meeting.

How much does it cost?
It depends on the format and the size of the group. After a short call you get a written proposal before anything is agreed.
Online or on site?
On site works best, because the afternoon is spent on your own processes around one table. Online delivery is possible on request, discussed case by case.
In Romanian or English?
Either, including mixed teams with materials in the other language.
How many people?
Up to 20. For most companies that is the whole management team in one room, which is the point: the decisions are made together.
Does it cover Article 4 of the AI Act?
It helps. Article 4 asks companies that use AI to take measures to support AI literacy among the people using it on their behalf; managers who understand the tools are part of that, and the agenda and materials remain as a record. The Act asks for effort, not a certificate. Whether your measures are enough is a legal judgement for your lawyer, and I don't give compliance guarantees.
